In the same way in a 4x4 grid a block with number 3 and another with 2 will not be added
The sum of both block should be less than or equal to row or column number.

Grid 3x3 = 1, 2, 3 or 3, 2, 1 ( any row or any column)
Grid 4x4 = 1, 2, 3, 4 or 4, 3, 2, 1 ( any row or any column)
Grid 5x5 = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
and so on till 8x8
